My name is Pavol Kasala and I was born in former Czechoslovakia. My mom gave me a camera when I was 5 years old, those were times of black and white photography. I used to be a school photographer at my high school. I shot every school event or party - my very first money made by photography! I studied chemistry in college, and I had to put my camera aside. When my twins were born (boy and girl) I got myself a video cam. Since then, I am torn apart for good between photo and video! When we moved with my wife Mary from Europe to Crested Butte, Colorado, I ended up doing more videography. And we got Zorka - our German Shepherd. Last couple years my photography business grew exponentially, enjoy our work at this website!

Weddings, to me, are all about documenting the craziness, emotion, and fleeting moments that happen along the way. My role is to tell your story through the lens in an artistic and creative manner. I don’t want it to feel like a photo shoot, it should feel more like your hanging out with one of your mates who just happens to be a Professional Photographer. You’ll know I’m there when you need me and the rest of the time i’ll be invisible

Our journey starts the moment you book me, not at the start of your wedding day. That means, if you need help planning a timeline, a visit to the venue, an engagement shoot, even helping calm the nerves with a coffee. Whatever you need I am here, Weddings can be stressful to plan but they don’t have to be. I want to get to know you both so I can capture your day to fit you personally. Not every wedding is the same so it shouldn’t be photographed the same.
